mornin over slept ,
until 8+ -.-|||
dunno wd had gotten into mi .
so rushed dwn to skul .
sae rachael on bus xDDD
thank god ,we're early by 2 mins x]]]
no time to eat breakfast ,so falled in straight away .
then practised drills ,
missed being timer !xDDD
after awhile ,falled in with scouts and redcross .
marched as the GOH .
i b timer for the whole con for a while ,
damn scared xia .
scare tt i shout wrong timin =XXXX
thank god i didnt CCCx .
then they changed to a sec1 scouts ,
his timing damn fast luhhs !
hentataki same timing as normal marching ,

then everyone cnt ta han lor !

my leg almost kena cramps again .
then after the whole thing ,
changed to class tee .

had guitar lesson ,
missed my beloved guitar .

headache again .

THURSDAY
heavy hearted to skul .
then tt fucking jasper kb in class again .

❝ THE IMPORTANCE OF SLEEPING

&& those who sleep late often !

Reasons for sleeping and waking up early.

9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

1 - 3am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10am rather than no meal at all.

1st DAY
went pnt with rachael for lunch at 12+ .
ate mac .
ya da ya da ,
dear called x] ,
then went on bus n went the campsite .
its at amk ther .
reached ,n late by 10 mins =p .
went in ,put bags at bunk ,falled in .
we both in bravo platon 6 .
then march frm the bunk block to multi purpose hall .
gt one thing very funny .
the timer say timing as 'lup ,lup ,lup right lup '
then the sir shout .'you want to love you go home love !
its left for god's sake !'
almost the whole platon laughed xia !
nxt time can usse this to tell ghimchoon xPPPP
had briefing there ,saw other guides and st john's .
i must say .
our skul's guides is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much much much better .
y ?
the 3 guides from bedok town ,
nv bring scarf ,tuck out shirt ,skirt shorter than my skul skirt ,
dye hair ,nv tie hair ,gt tie one use purple rubber band ,coloured shoes ,
ankle socks and no hat .
ask them y no scarf and hat .
lost .

thank god wan lin nt ther ,
if not i tink she'll qi qi si .

those 3 are jus a disgrace to guides man .
duno y ther hell their teacher choose them to go lor .

after briefing went dinner (i tink) .
they all damn strict .
dinner time cnt talk ,

then whole day must sit up straight and keep quiet .

then ........
i forgot le .
i onli rmb 10+ went bunk to bring our bags to our bunk .
unpacked ,bathed at 10.30+ .
i strted to sms ,
until 12+ gng 1 ,
slept .

2nd DAY
woke up at 4.15 ,
smsmed a few xDDD .
then washed up ,wrote aprazel (or hweva u spell it) .
then changed and went to fall in at 6.25 .
marched to canteen for breakfast ,
had footdrill mutual test .
test halfway ,rained ,
so waited for the rain to stop .
the few of us quite pai seh .
cause we wearing full u ,
then they keep carrying chairs for us to sit .
lik ,very odd lor .
in skul we also lik tt sit .
LOL .
rain stopped ,continued .
until lunch at 1+ .
then continued ,
i was damn nervous lor .
stupid -.-|||
keep sayin wrong things T.T
then strted armed drills .
finally gt to touch rifle ,
and theirs is real rifle .
bout 2kg .
so hold until my right hand pain -.-|||
bt we did quite well =]
the mdm sae we learn v fast xDDD
haha .
bt the rifle hit my right knee ,
damn pain .

then had dinner at 7+ .
after dinner marched to bunk and changed to pt .
then went for supper ,back to bunk at 10.30+ .
bathed ,smsed ,slept at 1+ .

LAST DAY
woke up at 4+ .
then close eyes until 5+ .
washed up and changed to full u .
falled in at 6.20 .
went canteen for breakfast .
then went parade sq for advanced footdrill .
damn fun !
they teach us how to slow march ,then from quick march to slow march ,
then slow march to quick march .
damn funny .
then we practise kanan n kiri belok .
this part most fun ,
cause we belok-ed in a row of 15 .
haha .
when we did it ,it was damn shiok !
WOOHOO !
bravo 6 rocks !xDDD
then had break .
then advanced arms drill ,
oso v fun .
nv see the NP and NCC do in skul b4 de .
haha .
after tt lunch ,then went back to bunk to change .
then go back to MPH .
sat ther n here the sir talk ,
then we suddenly ask one guide to stand up .
mi n rachael was starin at each other .
then everyone was staring at us ,
i bo bian ,so stand lor -.-|||
damn paiseh lor !
answered a few ques and sat dwn .....

then grad ceremony rehearsal ,
and grad ceremony ,they giv out the cert ,had refreshment ,
suppose to go home de ,
then thanks to thte heavy rain .
stayed at MPH -.-|||
after a while ,a bus came and took us back to the bunk's block ,
went to take our bags and went to the office
to wait for the bus to bring us to yio chu kang mrt .
many funny things happened .
hahas ,the bus came ,rached yio chu kang ,
bus-ed to pnt ,daddy fetched mi n rachael home .
homed ,bathed ,smsed ,slept ......

TODAY
woke up at 9.30+ .
i tink i slept about 12 hrs onli .
LOL !
my sleepin tme's getting lesser n lesser ,
then washed up ,ate ,unpacked bag ,
watched t.v ,went ah ma hse .
did my physics ,the stupid cat went to chew my paper when i was away -.-|||

woke up at 7.30 ,bathed and went to skul for breakfast .
called rachael over ten times !!!!and she didnt ans -.-|||
in the end she kena diarrea ,so nt comin =[[[
then went up to 3rd floor to see the song performance
(i call them the cheer team) practise .
had a little prob at 1st ,
but then everything was solved .
went dwn with felly to see the skid ,
no comments .

then went mini mart to help qiuyi buy strepsils cause
she sore throat .
then went on bus and went seng kang sec for campfire audition ,
skid ............ ... .. . . . .... ..
just have to say you guys did your beste =]
cheer team gt into the finals !!!!!
we were all screaming like hell when we heard our name !
WOOHOOO ~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
then went compass for lunch ,bought stuff for thte performance at night .
ran around the whole place xDDD
after a while ,alvin came ,
then the rest went back to practise .
mi and alvin went to buy light sticks at rivervale plaza .
he bullied mi all the way !!!!
but he accompanied mi for 1 and 1/2 hrs to wait for the
lightsticks to come frm the ware hse .
so ,thanks er zi !xDDD
nxt time qing ni he shui =](if i rmb)
then rushed back to seng kang ,
helped them up with the glitter and lightsticks .
and then went for campfire ,
it was a really sucessful campfire ,
one of the best i've been to CCCx .

when they giving out prizes for the competitions ,
all of us sitting infront grabbed each other's hands ,
then when we hear the 2nd prize winner .
we all screamed lik hell .
then when announce our skul ,
we screamed lik crazy !!!!!!!
really damn crazy .
LOL !!!!
everyone was sooooooooooooooo elated !
then isra and brenna's card also gt 1st .

after prize presentation ,had a short briefing ,
weda's dad drove mi home .
